"Excitation", at Skyport Gallery, Springfield Airport
We went by the airport today, so I could get a photo of the Skyport Gallery Show.    It's so hot here, in the 100's, too hot to try to paint outside.    Here's a view of my painting on display.    It's been fun to have family and friends enjoying the show, as they have been coming and going at the airport.

I'll be participating in an up-coming show starting this week. Springfield Regional Arts Council(SRAC), will be having it's 2010 annual Members Show. The opening reception will be held for the public during First Friday Art Walk, June 4th, from 6 to 9 p.m. The Member's artwork will be the featured artwork during the annual membership meeting and Ozzie Awards held at The Creamery Arts Center on Thursday, June 16th. The exhibition will run through June 28th. I entered two of my newest paintings. A pastel, "China Rose", and an oil, "Marina Morning". Stop by and see the show if you get a chance.
